How do acoustic panels improve sound quality in a room?
Acoustic panels work by absorbing sound waves that would otherwise bounce off hard surfaces. By reducing reflections and echoes, our panels improve speech clarity and create a more tranquil environment in homes, offices, and studios.
What is the typical lead time for shipping and delivery?
For stock items, we typically dispatch within 1-2 business days. Custom-made or bespoke acoustic solutions generally have a lead time of 2-4 weeks. Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your delivery.
Are Muffle Acoustics products fire-rated for safety?
Yes, safety is our priority. Most of our acoustic products are tested to meet Class A or Class B fire ratings according to international standards. Specific fire-rating data sheets are available on each product page.
Can I return products if they aren't right for my project?
Standard items in original, unused condition can be returned within 14 days of receipt. Please note that bespoke, custom-cut, or personalized acoustic panels are non-returnable unless they are faulty.
Do you offer professional installation services?
While many of our products are designed for easy DIY installation with adhesive or clips, we can recommend professional installers for larger commercial projects. Please contact our support team for a list of approved partners.
